• Warm endorsement of the Café Hug design concept and the creative work already done by new trustee Diana Thomas.

• Donation of a coffee machine and the offer of training.

• New trustee appointment and additional relief centre support in place.

• All free Somerset Cricket Foundation places for children were filled.

Please pray

• Café Hug leadership conversations and clear next steps, including costings and timing.

• Foodbank outlet opening in September, that it serves people well.

• The right partners and leaders for job club, debt support and life-skills programmes, with an appropriate church partner if needed.

• Community initiatives to take root, including English conversation groups, cooking on a budget, and housing advice sessions at Café Hug.
