How to Book and Set Up Your HallMaster Account

Booking a room or space at our venue is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below or if you scroll to the end you will find a tutorial video that will walk through it with you.

Follow these 7 simples steps 

Step 1

Go to the Booking Calendar on This Website, will provide the link on the last step if you're not sure.

  • Scroll to the calendar section and pick your desired date and time.

Step 2

Click to Make a Booking

  • Once you select a slot, click the button to begin the booking process.

Step 3

Enter Your Booking Details

  • Fill in your name, contact info, and any other required information.

Step 4

You’ll Be Prompted to Create an Account

  • If this is your first time booking, you’ll be asked to create a HallMaster account.

Step 5

Check Your Email

  • You’ll receive an email to confirm your account. Click the link inside to activate it.

Step 6

  1. Log In to Finalise Your Booking

    • After confirming, return to the site, log in, and complete your booking.

Step 7 (final)

You’ll Be Prompted to Create an Account

  • If this is your first time booking, you’ll be asked to create a HallMaster account.
